As such, MOBUSI will be referred to as the Data Processor. User’s personal data will be treated with absolute confidentiality and in compliance with the duty of secrecy. The data controller is the Publisher or the Advertiser of the published ad, who contract the services provided by MOBUSI.
In order to offer the best advertising campaigns to each user providing the services to the partner, MOBUSI will collect certain information. However, you can be sure that we will never know who you are. Instead, we collect information about the behavior that takes place on your device. There are different ways to capture user and device information, and they vary depending on the device and the environment. The information that we collect to provide the partner with the agreed services also varies according to the partner with whom we are working and the object of the contract that we have signed with each of them.
The legitimate basis for processing your data by the data controller is your consent, meanwhile the legitimate basis for the processing by MOBUSI is the execution of the contract.

Personal data will be kept for attend the purposes mentioned above. Once your consent is revoke or the contract has ended MOBUSI will keep the personal data duly blocked for a period of 5 years with the sole purpose of attending to any type of responsibilities that may arise. Once prescribed such responsibilities, your personal data will be delete.
It is possible that in order to guarantee the effectiveness of the services provided by MOBUSI, MOBUSI will share your data with other companies that will be sub-processors of your data. The sub-processors shall (i) agree in writing to process data in accordance with the instructions provided by the Data Controller, (ii) Implement appropriate Technical and Organizational Measures as to protect the data from security breaches (iii) guarantee full implementation with the requirements provided by the GDPR.
MOBUSI agrees to strictly comply with the measures provided by its CRM located at Spain, that are stated herein, which guarantees the following security measures:
a. The pseudonymisation and encryption of personal data.
p. The ability to ensure the ongoing confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of processing systems and services.
c. The ability to restore the availability and access to personal data in a timely manner in the event of a physical or technical incident.
A process for regularly testing, assessing and evaluating the effectiveness of technical and organizational measures for ensuring the security of the processing.
Any User who wishes to exercise his or her rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, limitation of the processing, portability must notify MOBUSI as data processor upon written request send to the email address: email@example.com or to MOBUSI’s headquarters, located at C/ Príncipe de Vergara 112, 3ª Planta 28002 - Madrid. In accordance with GDPR provisions, the contents of the rights that Users are entitled to are the following:
MOBUSI undertakes not to transfer or communicate User personal data to any third party unless prior and explicit authorisation by the User.
Nevertheless, it is possible that MOBUSI allows access to User personal data to third parties that provide a relevant service to the User. These third parties will acquire the status of Data Processors. As such, they may only process User personal data in accordance with MOBUSI’s instructions. Under no circumstances will Data Processors use User personal data for other purpose than those that are detailed in Section 2 of this Policy.
